Who processes the data

What data I collect

The site collects personal data only if you send it through one of the enquiry forms.

• Name and email, so that I can reply to you
• Phone and company, if you choose to fill them in
• The store address and details of the platform, so that I can assess the enquiry
• The content of your message

On what basis

I process the data from the forms on the basis of your consent, which you give with the tick box before sending. A further basis is the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to me. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before that point.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months of the last communication.

When we start working together, the data is kept for the term of the contract and after that for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires.

Who it is passed to

I do not sell or rent out personal data.

The data is also processed by the providers that serve the site and my communication: the hosting provider, the provider that processes the forms and the email service provider. They act as processors on my instructions.

Analytics data is processed by Google only after you have consented to it (see the cookie policy).

Security

The connection to the site is protected with HTTPS. I do not store passwords, payment details or user profiles. The site has no registration and does not take payments.
