Scope

These terms govern the use of the website valisimo.com, maintained by Val Trading Group LTD. [UIC, VAT number and registered office]

The specific terms of each project are set out in a separate written quote and contract. Where the site and the signed quote differ, the quote applies.

Prices on the site

All prices on the site are in euro, excluding VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. The company is registered for VAT and charges it in line with the applicable legislation.

The word ‘from’ marks a starting price for the described scope. The final price is fixed in writing once the scope has been agreed.

The prices on the site are indicative and are not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Third-party costs

The Shopify subscription, paid themes, apps and migration tools are paid by the client directly to the respective provider and are not included in the prices of the services.

What I do not promise

I do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, numbers of orders or conversion rates. These results depend on factors outside my control.

In a migration, I plan the redirects and monitor for errors, but I cannot guarantee that rankings will be kept, because they also depend on the search engines.

Content of the site

The text and graphics on this site are mine. The names of third-party platforms are used only descriptively, to refer to the platform in question, and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with it.

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
