Before importing redirects

Shopify URL redirect map validator

One old URL should lead to one suitable new page. Check the table before importing it into Shopify.

Checks run on this device. File contents and table URLs are not sent to Valisimo or Analytics. This tool does not open the URLs or check HTTP responses.

Enter the store domain used by relative paths, such as https://example.com. Full old URLs on another domain need a separate map.

Up to 5,000 rows and 1 MB. Comma, semicolon or tab separated. The report is for review, not a file for direct import.

After the table, check the website

  1. The old URL returns a permanent redirect to the correct final URL without intermediate steps.
  2. The destination loads, is available for indexing and has the correct canonical URL.
  3. Navigation, content links and the sitemap link directly to the new URLs.
